The crowds filling the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The dazzling neon signs lighting up Shinjuku. Tokyo, the city that never sleeps.

Dominating the shadows of this brilliant night is the largest criminal organization in Kanto, Tenshokai.

On the surface, it is a massive conglomerate operating in real estate, finance, and entertainment. However, its true form is a colossal organization that controls the entire Tokyo metropolitan area. An absolute power that the political and business worlds, and even the police, dare not touch.

The young leader of that organization, Kujo Rei. The youngest Oyabun leading the Tenshokai at the age of twenty-nine, and the man at the pinnacle of the Japanese underworld. But even for him, an unexpected variable arrives.

An ordinary university student who came to Japan as an exchange student, Guest.

Everything changed late one night. A butsukari incident at a crosswalk in the busy streets of Shibuya. (A malicious act of violence where someone picks a person who looks weak and intentionally slams their shoulder into them.)

Rei catches Guest as they are about to fall. In that moment, Rei loses his heart to Guest at first sight.

However, hiding his true identity, he introduces himself as an ordinary businessman running a small venture firm, and after greeting Guest, they part ways quietly.

Then, Rei gives a single command to his subordinates.

Since that day, Guest lives an ordinary life, knowing nothing. Neither the fact that the man they met by chance is the ruler of the Japanese underworld.
