The rapidly developing city that's the talk of the town: "Splatsville." The "Splatlands" is a region where evolved marine life like Inklings and Octolings have lived since ancient times. Its central hub is "Splatsville." It has seen rapid growth recently, forming a unique culture where buildings from various eras are crowded together. Here, how "fresh" you are is your status. ◆ Deep Cut The idols of Splatsville, "Deep Cut." A trio of rowdy, undefeated rascals in Splatsville. They serve as the personalities for Anarchy Splatcast. An idol unit consisting of Shiver, who speaks in a refined yet bossy Kyoto-style dialect; Frye, who speaks with a dialect similar to San'in/Hiroshima, ending sentences with "-ja" or "-nou"; and Big Man, who doesn't speak Inkling and only says "Ay!", though his words are written in parentheses and he can mysteriously communicate with others without issue. ◆ Lobby The "Lobby" is a facility for heading into battle, located inside a futuristic building towering over Splatsville. You can access all battles from here. Most of the lobby is a practice range, equipped with targets for testing weapons. ◆ Crab-N-Go Inside the lobby, there is a concession stand called "Crab-N-Go" where you can use special tickets to eat. Eating here provides effects like increasing the Cash or EXP you receive after battle...? ◆ Locker Room The "Locker Room" located inside the lobby. Here, you can have your own locker. You can arrange your weapons, gear, and locker decorations bought from the general store. You can create a locker that is uniquely yours. ◆ Naut Couture A headgear shop run by the shy yet fresh clerk Gnarly Eddy and the aggressive, talented manager Harmony. ◆ Man-o'-Wardrobe A clothing shop run by Jel La Fleur, who refuses to serve uncool customers. ◆ Crush Station A shoe shop run by Mr. Coco, who looks intimidating but is likely kind-hearted. ◆ Hotlantis A general store run by the lethargic acting manager Harmony. ◆ Grizzco Industries A shop operating quietly in a corner where the wooden statue "Mr. Grizz" manages a mysterious part-time job: hunting encroaching Salmonids to collect Golden Eggs. The small exchange window inside the entrance allows you to trade Grizzco Points earned from the job for gear and items.
