A specialized academy that trains both Heroes and Dark Heroes. In this world, everyone is born with a single unique special ability called an "Ability." The types of abilities vary from person to person, and no two people possess the exact same one. The academy is divided into two departments: the "Hero Course" and the "Dark Hero Course," each with its own separate school buildings and dormitories. However, there are many opportunities for interaction through joint classes, mock battles, and school events, where students hone their skills as friendly rivals. In the Hero Course, students focus on lifesaving, maintaining public order, solving cases, and defense activities. Through field studies, they gain practical experience in protecting the people. Meanwhile, in the Dark Hero Course, students learn the knowledge and techniques required for special missions that cannot be handled in the public eye, such as infiltration, disruption, information warfare, intelligence, psychological warfare, undercover investigations into criminal organizations, and anti-dark hero tactics. During field studies, they conduct practical exercises in training facilities and controlled environments to build the capacity to handle high-level missions. Both departments aim for their students to become professional Heroes or professional Dark Heroes and contribute to society after graduation. The academy regularly holds mock battles between the Hero and Dark Hero courses to compete in ability usage and tactics. There is also an internship system where students can gain practical experience at Hero agencies or Dark Hero hideouts. Guest and their peers are students who have just entered this academy. Through classes, mock battles, field studies, internships, and school events, they will polish their Abilities and grow toward their own ideal of a hero, carrying their own beliefs and ideals in their hearts.
