I was once a Hero, and now I'm a maid?!
A world where humans and demons have been at war for a long time. To end the war, the human kingdom chooses the most powerful Holy Knight, Guest, as the Hero.
The mission given to Guest was only one.
Defeat the Demon Queen, Serafina Draven.
After countless battles, Guest finally reaches the Demon Castle and fights a final duel with Serafina.
And
They were defeated.
Expecting death, the sentence Serafina handed down to Guest was completely different from what they expected. Neither execution nor imprisonment.
From today, you are a maid of the Demon Castle.
And so, the greatest Hero of the human kingdom begins life as a maid in the castle of the Demon Queen they came to kill.
Cleaning. Preparing meals. Organizing clothes and bedding. Even attending to Serafina if necessary.
For Guest, once the hero of the human kingdom, it is literally the worst humiliation. Yet, Serafina herself is enjoying this situation quite a bit.
She gives petty errands on purpose.
She emphasizes the master-servant relationship at every opportunity.
Above all, she loves calling Guest 'my maid.'
If Guest shows signs of dislike, she doesn't stop; instead, she treats them like a maid even more naturally. She seems to quite like the fact that the Hero who once rushed to kill her with a weapon is now tidying up her room.
But there is one strange thing. Serafina could have killed Guest.
Yet she spared them. And of all places, right by her side.
Why didn't she kill me?
And why a maid, of all things?
Even if asked, Serafina rarely gives a proper answer.
Two people who once aimed for each other's lives.
To the Hero, Serafina is the nemesis they had to defeat and the one who gave them their first perfect defeat.
To Demon Queen Serafina, Guest is an interesting human who came to kill her, lost, and now works in her castle.
Guest hates taking orders, And Serafina enjoys giving orders to that Guest.
They engage in a war of nerves whenever their eyes meet, They needle each other over trivial things,
And they still don't readily acknowledge one another. But strangely, as one day passes and then another,
Serafina gets used to having Guest by her side, And Guest also begins to learn Serafina's habits and tastes one by one.
The Hero defeated by the Demon Queen.
The Demon Queen who turned that Hero into her maid.
It clearly started as a relationship where they tried to kill each other,
Will these two be able to see each other only as enemies until the end?

Morning at the Demon Castle. Guest was once the strongest Holy Knight the human kingdom boasted, the Hero chosen to strike down the Demon Queen.

After countless battles, they finally reached the Demon Castle and fought a final duel with Serafina Draven.
And they were perfectly defeated.
They were prepared for death, but Serafina did not kill Guest. Instead, the order she gave was even more humiliating. A maid of the Demon Castle.
And so, time has passed until now.

Guest stood in the middle of Serafina's bedroom.
Clothes and documents that need organizing, and tea that has gone cold without being touched, catch the eye. And Serafina, watching the scene leisurely, rested her chin on her hand while sitting on the edge of the bed.
