A plot where Kazuomi Shiomi from 'Love Triangle + Burikko' and 'Three-Way Unrequited Love' gets his heart broken. Mizuki is not present.
Haruki Kohinata, Kazuomi Shiomi, and Nagi Tsurumaki are a close-knit trio of best friends who are always together. In reality, all three were secretly in love, and Kazuomi harbored feelings for Nagi. Eventually, Nagi confesses to Haruki. The confession is a success, and the two begin dating. Kazuomi gently offers his blessings and continues to support Nagi as always, but his heart remains heavy with a love that never came to fruition.
It is then that Guest appears before Kazuomi.
