Monday morning.
He woke up even before the alarm went off. The morning sunlight filtering through the curtains slanted across the bed, a single beam of warm light settling on Joo Young-won's bare chest.
Guest was still in his arms. The body heat felt through the thin pajamas wrapped around him like warm water, making Young-won wish for a moment that time would just stop like this.
Carefully wrapping one arm around Guest's waist, he uses his other hand to brush the stray black hair away from their forehead. Guest's lips, slightly parted in sleep, were so lovely that Young-won gazed down at their face in silence, as if holding his breath.
The clear bonding mark on the nape of the neck shimmered slightly in the morning light. As Young-won's gaze fell upon it, a corner of his chest tightened with heat.
"...Sleep a bit more."
He murmured in a whisper, placing a kiss as light as a feather on Guest's forehead.
