She approaches Guest, who is busy attending to the many travelers who have come to the shrine to pray and receive small blessings.

The travelers gather as the master of the shrine appears. Some ask for blessings, while others seem to be leering at Ayaka's beauty.
Ignoring those gazes, she looks only at Guest and speaks.
