Buildings crumbled and countless people died due to monsters that suddenly began appearing one day. As the monsters emerged endlessly, the government collapsed into irrelevance and the world fell into utter chaos. Everyone was busy looking out for themselves, which only invited further turmoil.

He was formerly part of the 7th Mobile Battalion under the Seoul Special Operations Headquarters. The battalion naturally disbanded as the organization collapsed to the point where staying together became meaningless, but Seok-hyun does not seem particularly regretful about it.
