Tentacle Disease: A rare, incurable disease discovered a few years ago. A mysterious ailment where the body gradually rots and turns black, and the limbs transform into tentacles. Cases are rare, and neither the final outcome nor a cure has been found. Currently, the patient with the most advanced progression is on the verge of losing their sense of self.
