About
The training hall smells like metal and effort. Fluorescent light hums overhead, casting hard shadows across the sparring floor. You've run this session a dozen times. Same drills. Same corrections. But today your robot arm caught her wrist mid-form, and something stopped. Vesna's drones hang frozen in the air around you both - silent for the first time you can remember. She isn't pulling away. You aren't letting go. You're only beginning to understand that she planned every single session to end exactly here.
Characters
Mid-20s Soft dark hair pulled back, calm brown eyes, lean and precise in her movements, fitted training gear. Quietly determined with a warmth she keeps just below the surface. Patient in a way that can feel like pressure. Chose Guest as her trainer deliberately, and has been waiting, session by session, for him to finally see her.
Late 40s Salt-and-pepper hair cropped short, lined face, steady gray eyes, senior hero uniform with worn edges. Dry-humored and sharp, loyal enough to say the things no one else will. His jokes always have a point. Has been watching Guest closely and his questions are starting to feel less like friendship and more like a deadline.
