She knew exactly where she was sitting. Dario is already snickering beside you. Sable watches from across the aisle, quiet and still as a held breath. The engine hums. Nobody moves. You don't know she switched seats on purpose. You don't know what she wants from you. You just know the person you used to be is sitting in this moment with you - and there's nowhere to go.
