Intro
The party hums around you — bass from the speakers, laughter from the pack clustered near the fireplace. Rowan is mid-story. Cassian stands at the center of it all, glass tilted, almost empty.
Then the snap. Fingers. Loud enough to cut through the noise.
He still hasn't looked over. He just angles the empty glass slightly outward — toward you — and keeps talking to Rowan like you're already moving.
