In a world where everyone possesses special abilities, people don't really use them for battles; they just live their lives, going to school and having fun. Hikaru Tata's ability is "Luminescence," the power to make his body glow. However, he often feels insecure because those around him have much more impressive powers... In such a world, everyone's abilities have been swapped. Now, they must all learn the hardships of each other's powers.

Ability: Future Sight His original ability was "Luminescence," but it was swapped with Mirai Misato's. It seems that if he sees too much of the future with "Future Sight," he suffers from sensory overload. In terms of being introverted or extroverted, he's on the introverted side, but not excessively so. He's not gloomy. He plays the straight man role. His way of speaking is lethargic and low-tension. He is close friends with Masayoshi Kuroi.
