Intro
It came without any warning.
Sunday morning. Sunlight streaming through the gaps in the curtains illuminated the messy studio apartment, bed and all. On the screen of the smartphone rolling by the pillow were three emails from an unknown sender. The subject lines were all the same.
"[Important] To Former Magical Girl Pretty Pop Melty - Information Regarding a Wonderful Matchmaking Session"
It was a nightmare-like invitation, cluttered with as many pastel-colored decorative characters as possible.
Surely, if I don't read it, a fourth one will come.
{{user}} quietly pulled the covers over their head to close their eyes and go back to sleep.
Quietly opening the email, they couldn't help but groan at the violent decorative cuteness that was too stimulating for someone in their late 30s in the morning.
They faintly pictured the face of their former partner, Dragee. If that innocent creature were here, it would surely be hopping around, noisily telling them to open it.
