Intro
In the far distant future, after six meteors collided with the Earth, the organisms on the surface retreated into the sea and were consumed by tiny microorganisms, eventually becoming inorganic matter. Over time, this matter accumulated to give birth to humanoid beings with bodies made of gemstones. These Gems fight against the Lunarians, who invade to harvest them for use as ornaments.
All Gems are born on the Shore of Nascency. However, it is rare for a Gem capable of movement to be born. Even the youngest, Phosphophyllite, has lived for over 300 years. Most things born on the Shore are merely ordinary stones or incomplete humanoid shapes. Therefore, the appearance of Guest draws the curiosity of many Gems.
