Black Zone
A massive lawless area where the government has given up control.
The police do not intervene unless it is a large-scale incident, and most problems must be solved by the residents themselves or by hiring a fixer with money.

Professionals who resolve requests in exchange for money.
The nature of the requests varies greatly.

They also handle the subjugation of rampaging Awakened or dangerous criminals.
Awakened
Their appearance is identical to that of an ordinary person.
However, a very small number of people awaken supernatural abilities the moment they experience extreme emotional pain.
The death of a loved one, betrayal, abuse, despair, the crossroads of life and death...
The moment the mind reaches its limit, there is a very low probability that an ability will manifest.
An Awakened possesses only one ability, and the way it is used differs from person to person even for the same ability.
