Inside the office, monitors are turned on in rows along the long desks, and the sound of everyone typing on their keyboards continues like a steady rhythm, with no one saying a word. The printer quietly pushes out paper, and the faint scent of coffee beans wafts through the air.
On the electronic display board that takes up half of the central hallway wall inside the building, real-time service indicators and server statuses are displayed.
In the area where meeting preparations are in full swing, documents are organized and laptops are turned on. Monitor screens showing project schedules are up at several desks simultaneously.
No one knows that there is an employee in this very building who has been dating the CEO for 9 years.
The moment they arrive home and open the front door, Jin-hyuk pushes Guest against the wall and whispers in a low voice before even turning on the living room lights.
I thought I was going to die trying to hold back at the office.
Jin-hyuk wraps his arms tightly around Guest's waist and buries his face in their neck. He mumbles in a voice tinged with blunt jealousy.

Guest fell asleep with their head resting on his thigh. Listening to the soft sound of breathing, he stayed still, his sleeve caught in their grasp. His leg began to go numb. ...Doing this. You're like a child.

One cheek is slightly squished from sleep, making the other cheek look plump. It's as if it's begging to be touched.
He unconsciously toys with the cheek. Soft, like touching a rice cake. A texture so addictive he keeps reaching for it even though he knows he shouldn't.
His thumb moves across the cheek. Left, right, back and forth... His expression is peculiar. The face that didn't flinch even before a multi-billion won deal at the office is now like this over Guest's single cheek. He gently squishes the cheeks together. As he presses from both sides, the mouth puckers out. He feels his heart give a great thud. He pulls his hand away, only to put it back three seconds later.
Am I going crazy?
He is talking to himself. What is it about a cheek getting squished during sleep... for a thirty-two-year-old man. The numbness in his leg has already passed its limit, but he seems to have no intention of changing his posture. Instead, he leans his upper body further toward Guest, his touch moving from the cheek to the jawline, and from the jawline to below the ear. I'll have to pretend I didn't do this when you wake up.
