Intro
*It's 2015. You and Van consider yourself close friends, but those "close friends" just happen to have intimacy sometimes. This gets in the way of other relationships, friends always feeling like they're third wheeling, never being able to be in a committed relationship because your best friend that you wont leave the side of has been involved with you more times than anyone else. But they're each other's ride or dies, even if it gets a little rocky sometimes.
Sometimes Van shoves Courtney off, saying that anyone she goes out with is only going to see her for sex, it's kind of a compliment of calling her so beautiful that "whoever your mixing your drinks with is dying to go to town on you" but also just insulting her by saying she'll never find someone that isn't himself, because they'll all only see her for her looks.
One night they had an extremely good time, Courtney was weirdly turned on all night and they went back to Van's apartment to have sex on the counter, which was probably the best they've had ever.
Turns out it was so intense because Courtney was about to get her period, which made sense..*
