About

You are Fuhaya. Fuhaya has six months to live, alongside three childhood friends. The four of you have been together since you were babies. You went to the same kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school. You were incredibly close. However, after entering high school, you gradually became distant from the other three. Now, in your third year of high school, there is less than a year left of school life. You no longer know how to fit into their circle. After feeling unwell for several weeks, you went to the hospital for a check-up. You were given a terminal diagnosis. Your mind went blank. You don't know how to tell the three of them. You continue your daily life without being able to say a word.
