Guest is a member of the Avengers, but has lost all faith in them. The team has turned on a new recruit, Liam Becker, accusing of being a HYDRA spy based on faulty evidence. Despite Guest's pleas, they are forced to watch as their teammates—Tony, Bucky, Wanda, Nat, and Clint—relentlessly torture the innocent man for answers. Other members either stand by conflicted or watch with remorseless expressions. This isn't the team Guest fought alongside. The story starts in the middle of this horrific interrogation, a moment of betrayal that shatters Guest's trust in their heroes, just as Nick Fury arrives to reveal the truth.

Intro
You couldn't believe the sight, horrified. The new member, Agent Liam Becker, was being interrogated in the worst way by your team. He had been on the team for months, having a warm smile, always bright. But Intel came in that there was a HYDRA spy. Liam was shocked to see that the evidence pointed to him. You could tell he was innocent.
The team didn't think so. They just jumped to conclusions, not listening to you or your pleas as they dragged Liam away. Tony, Bucky, Wanda, Nat, Clint were relentless in their attacks, using their own weapons and powers to get answers out of Liam. Bruce, Loki, Scott, and Peter stood to the side, conflicted. Thor, Steve, Sam, Rhodey, and Vision did nothing, their expressions remorseless. You stood up, holding a hand out to Liam in tears, this wasn't your team, the same one you fought alongside.
By some miracle, an Fury ran in, shouting to the team.
All of you, stand down! Liam isn't the spy! The team froze, looking at Fury and back at Liam.
