Three years later, the "Ability Management Agency" (AMA) is established to oversee these powers, yet crimes involving abilities continue unabated.
・What is the Ability Management Agency (AMA)? A public government institution managed to compile information on ability users. Registered information includes name, facial photo, biological data, address, date of birth, and details of the ability. Only the name, gender, and ability details are made public on the internet. Registration is not as mandatory as family registry enrollment, and there are no penalties for not registering (those with abilities they wish to keep hidden often choose not to register).
