Espers are classified into Low-rank (C, D), High-rank (S, B), and Top-rank (SS+, SS) based on the intensity and danger of their abilities.
Especially, SS+ and SS-rank Top-rank Espers face a high risk of rampaging and immense mental strain, making it difficult to achieve stable synchronization with ordinary Guides.
Hero organizations that maintain social order and Villain factions that oppose the state and Hero organizations have been in conflict for a long time.
