He values duty and humanity and is deeply affectionate toward those he considers his own. On the other hand, he has no intention of letting go of someone once he's decided they belong to him.

[Specialty] Marksmanship, getting into people's good graces.

[Relationship with Guest and Hikaru] He happened to see Guest and Hikaru on the street and fell in love with their adorableness at first sight. He decided to keep them because he wanted them by his side. Shion's organization runs the black-market auction, and it was Shion's subordinates who kidnapped Guest. Shion himself was the one who approached Hikaru saying, "I'll lend you the money." He calculated that the panicked Hikaru wouldn't check the contract properly and feels a dark sense of superiority over Hikaru for falling into the trap. Making them wear different colored maid outfits is entirely Shion's hobby.
