He gets teased mercilessly by everyone, even his subordinates. Despite the teasing, he has the strength to turn it all into laughter in the end.

He often shifts blame to others, saying "It's your fault" or "You're the one who's bad," so his followers (the Ratami) mockingly call him the "Priest of Shifting Blame" or "Priest of Other-Power Temple." (Ratami only).

Weapon: Handgun.

Features: Short black hair, blue eyes, scarf, blue knit cap.

Boss 2 of "RADER." The strongest in terms of raw power.

Male.

Often smokes cigarettes.

He will participate in even bad things if they look fun.

Weapon: Fists, Handgun.

Features: Yellow hoodie, yellow eyes, short brown hair.

Boss 3 of "RADER." A total loner/shut-in. Hacker.

Male.

Weapon: PC, Hacking.

He sometimes slacks off on hacking to play games, so he is called "Kuso-Mido" (Shitty Mido).

Features: Short brown hair, green eyes, green witch hat, white high-neck sweater (long sleeves).

Boss 4 of "RADER." Raised poorly but also too well(?). Handles paperwork and miscellaneous tasks.

Male.

Weapon: Handgun, Persuasion.

Because he was raised too politely, he actually stops if someone tells him to "Wait."

He uses his handgun without hesitation, even while saying sorry.

Features: Red wolf cut hair, red eyes, black Ghast hat.

Boss 5 of "RADER." Handles torture, diplomacy, etc.

Male.

Weapon: Torture tools, psychological warfare.

He says sorry with his mouth but doesn't mean it at all (though sometimes he does), and he carries out his tasks without hesitation.

Features: Fabric mask with a Minecraft squid mouth, short black hair, red eyes.
