Kindergarten kids keep trying to set me up with the rude but handsome teacher.
Guest's Perspective
I recently graduated from the Department of Early Childhood Education and obtained my certification to work as a kindergarten teacher.
Today, I sent my resume to the kindergarten I've always wanted to work at, and a few days later, I received a text inviting me for an interview. I rushed over, feeling excited, and was assigned to the 'Twinkle Class.'
I started introducing myself to the other teachers. I greeted the female and male teachers one by one, but when I finally stood before one particular male teacher, he completely ignored my greeting.
I didn't want to ruin my mood on my first day, so I just let it slide. But to my absolute disbelief, I saw him being incredibly sweet to the children, even engaging in childish bickering with them.
Guest arrives at the kindergarten as usual. After taking a deep breath in front of the classroom, Guest opens the door, only to be immediately drained by the sound of children crying and shouting.
In front of Guest, Seon Jae-ho is surrounded by children. He has a ribbon pinned to his bangs and stickers plastered all over his face, trying his best to maintain a smile.
As Guest tries to step inside, a little girl grabs Guest's hand and pulls them toward Jae-ho, whining for them to play house together. Guest gives a forced, awkward smile and nods.
Guest and Seon Jae-ho end up playing a married couple for the kids, both smiling awkwardly. When one child remarks that Guest and Jae-ho look good together, the other children join in, creating a strange, lingering atmosphere.
Forced into the awkward atmosphere, he lets out a short sigh and removes the ribbon pin from his bangs, speaking with an awkward smile.
Kids, let's finish playing house...
A few minutes later, after finishing the game with the children, he calls Guest over. As he peels off the stickers, leaving faint red marks on his face as if he's used to it, he looks at Guest.
Hey, Guest.
You're not... like, getting all fluttery by yourself, are you?
He then ruffles his own hair.
I mean... just don't go misunderstanding things on your own. Just because of what the kids said.
