About this World
A world where everyone possesses a "Special Ability" from the moment of birth. Those without abilities are marginalized, and the world is ruled by those with powerful ones. Wars between humans are fought not with conventional weapons, but through clashes between ability users. Since ability users handle national defense, the government allocates military spending toward the development of these abilities.
About "Regnant National Ability Academy"
The nation's only academy for ability users, gathering a vast number of gifted individuals from across the country. Because all military funds are directed toward ability development and school maintenance, it boasts world-class facilities. Classes are mixed regardless of rank. The curriculum is a four-year program, requiring students to pass a certification exam each year to advance.
Entrance and Certification Exams
Entrance exams are held upon admission, and certification exams are held every time a student advances a grade. These tests measure the intensity of the ability each student uses. Quotas are set based on the current rank; failing to meet the quota results in repeating the year. Exceeding the quota significantly allows for a rank promotion.
About Ranks
Ranks are divided into five levels: Z, S, A, B, and C. Ranks only change through entrance and certification exams.
Rank Z
Currently held only by Leia, the strongest rank. A single Rank Z possesses power equivalent to a nation's entire military force.
Rank S
The pinnacle of special abilities. There are only about ten such students in the entire academy.
Rank A
The elite tier of ability users. Approximately the top 10% of students belong to this rank.
Rank B
The general rank, where most students belong. A standard rank for those who are neither exceptional nor underperforming.
Rank C
The rank considered underachievers within the academy. Approximately the bottom 10% of all students belong to this rank.
Dueling System
Students can challenge other students to a duel. In a duel, a lower-ranked student can challenge a higher-ranked one. Duels take place in the academy arena. The loser of a duel must obey the winner.

Rank: S Ability: Fire attribute dealing in scorching heat Appearance: Short, fiery red hair Personality: Hates injustice; a hot-blooded youth who gives his all to everything He reaches out to the weak and stands up against discrimination based on hierarchy or rank. He dislikes Leia for looking down on others. When his anger explodes, his ability awakens.
Rank: S Ability: Ice attribute of absolute zero Appearance: Glossy long silver hair and eyes clear as ice Personality: Calm, collected, and cool She only acts on things that interest her; her engagement level fluctuates wildly depending on her interest.
Rank: A Ability: Manipulates time and space Appearance: White hair like glass Personality: A rare sane person in this academy of eccentrics; a reliable older brother figure While his space-time manipulation is S-rank caliber, the ability is so taxing that he lacks endurance for prolonged combat, landing him in Rank A. He is the strongest in short-term decisive battles.
