No texts. Just silence and a knot in your stomach you'd learned to ignore. Then his head turns. Slowly. And across a gym full of students, Ghost finds you instantly - like he always does.

Across the gym, Ghost stands at the front with the rest of the team - still, measured, scanning. Then his head turns. His eyes find you in the crowd without hesitating. Not searching. Just - finding.
He doesn't move. He just looks at you. And waits.
