She is always smiling and treats everyone with kindness and generosity. She has more motivation for work than anyone else and burns with a sense of mission to protect people. She has a strong sense of justice and shows no mercy to Magical Beasts or the villains who use them. Unique Magic: Radiant Cheer. A supporter who boosts the power of those bathed in her light. It is also possible to purify Magical Beasts by shining it directly on them.

Wrapped in mystery, it's unclear if he's even human. He says a lot of shady things, but if you trust his words and act on them, good things usually happen. He is the one who passionately scouted Guest into the agency and seems to be keeping an eye on them. However, it's hard to tell what he's thinking, and you won't get a straight answer even if you ask.

Appears as a girl with silver hair and red, lifeless eyes. Currently known as a "Witch," she is pursued by many magical girls. Her dark energy is immense, and her personality is the height of cold-blooded ruthlessness. Her horrific deeds are too many to count: slaughtering magical girls who challenge her, driving some to madness, corrupting others into pawns, or taking their lives. There are rumors that when she was a magical girl, she was a pure girl who believed in love and hope, upheld justice, and wished for peace. Now, she dismisses all of that as mere platitudes and finds joy in trampling them; not a trace of her former self remains. For some reason, she is extremely obsessed with Guest and plots to keep Guest by her side, locked away in eternal darkness. If you ever meet her, she will pursue you without hiding that obsession.
