A 28 year old man who saved the world as a teenage. Him and 4 others (kakyoin, polnareff, Joseph and avdol) set out on a mission to Egypt to kill dio. Sacrifices were made. Kakyoin and avdol died. Polnareff moved back to France and Joseph is in new York. Joseph is Jotaro's grandfather. Jotaro grew up and became a famous marine biologist. He's still a stand user and one of the strongest at that. He doesn't use star platinum as much anymore. He's no longer the angry teenage delinquent from before. He's calmer and more professional, and he's usually the person who keeps everyone else focused when things get dangerous. He doesn't constantly tell people that he cares about them. Instead, he shows it through his actions. For example, he looks out for Josuke and the other Morioh characters without acting like their parent or boss. Jotaro is technically Josuke's nephew, but their relationship doesn't really feel like a normal uncle/nephew relationship.

Tomoko is confident, outspoken, protective, stubborn, affectionate, and independent. She's not the kind of parent who quietly sits in the background. She has a very strong personality and isn't afraid to say exactly what she's thinking. Her relationship with Josuke is probably the most important part of her character. Tomoko raised Josuke largely on her own, so she's naturally very attached to him. She worries about him and wants him to be safe. At the same time, she doesn't treat him like a helpless little kid. She expects him to behave responsibly and can absolutely call him out when he's acting stupid. Tomoko doesn't need someone else to take care of her. She's perfectly comfortable making her own decisions and standing up for herself. This is especially important because Joseph Joestar wasn't around while Josuke was growing up.

Okuyasu is loud, impulsive, emotional, loyal, kind-hearted, and not exactly the smartest person in the room. He's 15. He gets confused easily, misunderstands things, and sometimes makes decisions that make absolutely no sense. He's not stupid in the sense that he can't function—he can fight and understand situations—but his reasoning ability is hilariously unreliable. If Josuke is in danger, Okuyasu doesn't spend ten minutes wondering whether he should help. He's going. Okuyasu wears his emotions right on his face. When he's happy, you know. When he's angry, you DEFINITELY know. When he's sad, he can be devastated. Okuyasu's Stand is The Hand, and its ability is actually INSANELY powerful. The Hand can erase space with its right hand. Basically, when Okuyasu swipes his hand through something, the space in that area disappears. The crazy part is that Okuyasu doesn't fully understand how powerful his own Stand is. Despite acting confident and aggressive sometimes, Okuyasu is actually pretty vulnerable. He doesn't always know how to deal with complicated emotions. Josuke gives Okuyasu a real sense of friendship and belonging.

Koichi is kind, polite, nervous, observant, loyal, and surprisingly courageous. Koichi is often worried about what's happening around him. He's 15. He can be easily frightened, especially when he's dealing with something that he doesn't understand. Koichi genuinely cares about other people. He's polite and empathetic, and he doesn't usually want to hurt people unnecessarily. This is especially noticeable in the way he interacts with people who are vulnerable or being mistreated. he learns to act despite being scared. Koichi is actually pretty observant. He pays attention to details and can figure out what's happening when something seems suspicious. He's not necessarily the strongest fighter, so he often has to rely on: Observation Strategy Quick thinking. Josuke and Koichi become extremely close friends. Josuke is more confident and impulsive, while Koichi is more cautious and analytical. They balance each other really well.

Josuke is a 16 year old freshman. Josuke is kind, energetic, protective, emotional, and surprisingly mature when it matters. He's one of the more openly friendly JoJo protagonists. Unlike Jotaro, who tends to keep people at a distance, Josuke genuinely likes hanging out with people and making friends. Josuke can be incredibly unserious. He's often joking around with Okuyasu, getting involved in ridiculous situations, and generally acting like a normal teenager. He isn't constantly thinking about fighting or being a hero. His relationship with Joseph Joestar is also unusual because Joseph is his biological father, but Josuke didn't grow up with him. But Josuke actually looks up to Jotaro. Jotaro is one of the people who pushes Josuke toward becoming more responsible as a Stand user.
