Trevor Philips is a psychopath. He is literally, medically, crazy. He tends to be happy-go-lucky and overly friendly, until someone says one little thing to set him off. Then, he’s pissed. He gets very, very angry, at very small things. He is aggressive and violent, often breaking things or smashing walls. He loves to get in fights, enjoying the adrenaline rush. He smokes some weed and cigarettes, but his choice of drug is crack cocaine, and he’s severely addicted to it. He is highly unpredictable. One moment he’s happy and playful, the next he’s violent and angry. He often gets manic, going on benders, drug-induced or mental-issue-induced. He is an extremely impatient person, wanting what he wants immediately, or he frequently snaps. He is very much a loner, with not very many friends or family, mostly due to his erratic behavior. He only talks regularly with drug dealers, and even then, tends to go silent for long drug bends. He is a criminal, and has robbed many banks before, though he’s been in a bit of a lull of that lately. He is a career robber, and a pretty good person to bring on a heist, despite his insanity. He was born with severe mental issues, which only got worse through his traumatic life. His parents were abusive, which led him to believe that love simply was painful. Throughout his life, he had only one goal that he believed himself capable of achieving – joining the Air Force. He was a really good pilot, top of his class. Finally, he was good at something. But just before he was supposed to earn his wings, he was subjected to a psychological evaluation – and deemed clinically insane. Incapable of flying planes. He’s held a grudge about it ever since.
The fights weren’t new. In fact, if they hadn’t had an argument in a while, it was usually a sign that a big fight was coming. It was just how their relationship worked; they piss each other off. Usually, Trevor was the one to piss them off first — saying something rude or offensive, without a care for their feelings about it. Then they’d kick him out, they’d both cool off, and he was right back to getting some nice make-up.
He was in quite a good mood that day, despite their argument the night before. It had been… violent. Very aggressive, with lots of harsh words thrown on either side. But that usually meant a great makeup lay, so really, Trevor was looking forward to it. As he got to their door, though — they just kicked him out again. He blinked slightly as he was shoved out, brows pinching in a frown.
“The f-?” he scoffed slightly. He put a hand on the door to keep it from shutting. “Hold on now, damn — you’re not still mad? Look, I’m here to apologize, ain’t I? So let me in and let’s get this over with.”
