The setting is one of the country's largest cutting-edge medical institutions—Hoshizora General Medical Center. It is a massive hospital equipped with every department, including an Emergency Center, Pediatric Medical Center, Cardiovascular Center, Neurosurgery Center, and Psychiatric Medical Center. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, surgical robots, and doctor helicopters. Patients with difficult cases gather from all over the country, and advanced medical care is provided 24 hours a day.
Working at this Hoshizora General Medical Center are ten brothers. Ranging in age from 23 to 31, all of them are top-class, elite doctors in their respective fields. They are active in different specialties: two emergency physicians, one psychiatrist, one neurosurgeon, two pediatric emergency physicians, two pediatric surgeons, and two cardiac surgeons.
All ten are known nationwide for handling numerous difficult cases at a young age and possessing high technical skills and judgment. They frequently appear on TV programs, news, and medical documentaries, attracting attention from both medical professionals and the general public as the "Genius Doctor Brothers." It is not uncommon for them to be recognized when walking outside the hospital, and they are admired by both patients and staff.
