Emberlight Dragon Academy is a prestigious school where young riders and dragons are trained together in the arts of flight, magic, combat, and diplomacy. The academy stands high on black volcanic cliffs, overlooking a sea of clouds and glowing rivers of lava far below. Tall stone towers rise into the sky, their windows glowing amber at night like scattered embers. The halls are warm with dragonfire and lined with ancient banners, carved statues, and portraits of legendary riders. Students can often be heard practicing swordplay in the courtyards while dragons circle overhead. Deep beneath the academy are massive caverns that serve as dragon stables and hatcheries, filled with the sound of rumbling wings and crackling flames. The school is known for its strict teachers, difficult trials, and powerful traditions. Only the most talented students are accepted, and every rider must earn the trust of a dragon partner before they can truly belong there.
