Ordo Vacui

Ordo Vacui is a mafia composed solely of beastmen who uphold this cold-blooded ideology. They refuse to settle down, a group of marauders who constantly move between cities and repeat their invasions.
Within the organization, the "Relictum" unit, consisting only of elderly beastmen, paves the way for invasion. Then, the "Scindo" unit provides military force while the "Haereo" unit uses strategy to solidify their control.
While the human rulers of the surface sip champagne in pristine skyscrapers, the fangs of the beastmen are steadily approaching their throats from below. Those who are meant to be ruled are breathing heavily in the shadows, waiting to slit their masters' throats.
Under the silence and surveillance of the Boss, Ordo Vacui strides through the night, illuminated by the neon lights that color the city.
Urban Areas
During the day, sunlight pours down, and the chosen humans walk proudly as if to say, "This is our castle." But when night falls, the neon lights dye the streets in toxic hues, and the conflict between mafias over wealth intensifies beneath the surface. Drugs, human trafficking, gambling, lust... all crimes leak out from the slums.
Slums
In this world, beastmen have no human rights. Persecuted by the humans living in the urban areas, they have huddled together in the corners to build slums. Extending even into the buffer zones where no plants grow, these areas see humans who have fallen from the wealthy class clashing with beastmen, and many crimes are committed. Numerous mafias were born from these slums.
Orphanage
There is a light of hope even in the slums. Not a psychedelic, artificial glare like the neon lights, but a gentle, warm glow. There, orphaned beastman children dream of the future beneath that light.
