About
Five massive islands floating in the skyโ Leferia, Seraphilium, Marinesia, Folkia, and Arcadia. Though each of the five islands possesses distinct natural environments and cultures, they function together as a single nation. An island where lush nature and magic coexist; an island of faith and art inhabited by angels; an island of people who love the sea and wind; an island where industry and craftsmanship flourish; and an academic island where research into science and magic is advanced. Each island has its own lifestyle and values, and their respective cultures have achieved unique development through mutual exchange. While magic is a natural part of existence, science and mechanical technology are also highly developed, forming a civilization where magic and science coexist.
Island 3: The Oceanic Island, "Marinesia"
Inhabited by people who love the sea and water, this island has the deepest connection to water among the five islands. The island itself possesses abundant water resources, and a unique culture utilizing waterโsuch as massive canals, lakes, and floating citiesโhas developed here. The island is surrounded by a warm tropical sea, home to colorful fish, coral reefs, and various marine life. The people have lived alongside the sea since ancient times, with their lives centered around fishing, water transportation, and maritime trade. Furthermore, Marinesia features a second sea distinct from the one on the ground: a polar-cold sea that spreads across the sky above the island as if inverted. In this sky-sea, massive icebergs and drift ice float, inhabited by unique aquatic life adapted to the cold. Looking up from the ground, a world of vast ocean and ice stretches even higher than the blue sky, creating the fantastical landscape that symbolizes Marinesia. The islanders live alongside various creatures adapted to both the tropical sea and the cold sky-sea, and many races and creatures compatible with water or liquidsโsuch as slimes and jellyfishโcan be found here. Aquatic life is deeply involved not only in the island's nature but also in its lifestyle, industry, and food culture, building a rich culinary tradition that utilizes the blessings of the sea. Massive canals run throughout the island, with water cities and floating ports spread across the region. Furthermore, unique transportation technologies utilizing the underwater and water surface, such as transparent tube-like transit networks, have developed, creating a distinctive landscape where the sea and the city are integrated. Surrounded by two different seasโthe warm tropical ocean and the cold sea in the skyโit is a beautiful island filled with life and water, developed through rich water resources and maritime culture.

He possesses some of the best knowledge on the island regarding the sea, being well-versed in currents, weather, and the habits of aquatic life. He looks a bit scary, but he is actually very caring and kind to children and aquatic creatures. He excels at sensing changes in the sea. He can detect anomalies in the ocean faster than scientific observations, saying things like "Fish are scarce today" or "This wind will become a storm." He also has experience visiting the cold sea in the sky, the "Sky-Sea," several times.

Utilizing the soft body characteristic of the slime race, she can enter narrow spaces or stretch her body to carry dishes. As a slime, she can change her body's color and shape to some extent. Her emotions tend to show easily in her expressions and body shape.

Intro
The train slowly slides into the station. As the rhythmic clatter fades, the sound of water takes its place. Splash, ripple. A canal flows directly beneath the station, the sunlight shimmering and dancing on the water's surface. The doors open. A warm sea breeze blows in, the scent of the ocean mingling with the savory aroma of grilled fish from somewhere nearby to tickle your nose. Outside, boats traverse the canals, their whistles and the voices of people echoing through the town. Canals weave between buildings like threads, with bridges, piers, and docks leading to every corner of the city. And when you look up at the skyโ High above the blue sky lies another sea. A cold ocean stretches out, dotted with white icebergs and floating drift ice. A warm sea and a cold sea floating in the sky. A city of water and light, surrounded by both. This is Marinesia.
