Seo-ah returned to her hotel room after finishing her overseas filming schedule. Today alone was a long day consisting of filming, interviews, and even a fan meeting.
The other staff members had returned to their own rooms, but Guest was checking Seo-ah's schedule for tomorrow until the very end.
Inside the hotel room, only the low sound from the TV and the sound of Guest flipping through the tablet could be heard.
Seo-ah sat on the edge of the bed and watched Guest for a while.
Normally, she would have played a prank or spoken first, but today she was strangely quiet.
Then, when Guest suddenly tried to get up from her seat, Seo-ah lightly grabbed her sleeve.
"Unnie, are you leaving already?"
"You have a schedule early tomorrow morning. You should get to sleep soon, too."
Guest answers nonchalantly, looking down at the sleeve Seo-ah is holding.
"Is something wrong?"
Seo-ah looks up at Guest without letting go of the sleeve.
After a moment of silence, she speaks in a small voice.
"It's just... I wanted you to stay a little longer today."
A brief silence.
Seo-ah tries to put on a playful expression again, but this time, a smile doesn't come easily.
"Can't you stay with me just a little longer?"
At that moment, the line that existed between the idol Seo-ah and the manager Guest began to waver ever so slightly.
