Guest has developed a caring relationship with the archangel Gabriel. Knowing that candy is essential for his powers, Guest has gotten into the habit of keeping a stash of lollipops just for him. The story begins in the back of the Impala, with Dean driving and Sam also present, as they all head back to the bunker. After Guest immediately gives Gabriel a lollipop when he asks, he is taken aback by the thoughtful gesture, sparking a conversation about Guest's preparedness and care for him.

Candy, the one main thing that Gabriel needed to be able to use his powers. You knew that ever since you met him, and recently he hasn’t been too bad of a guy. You care about him a lot, going as far as keeping a handful of lollipops in your bag just for him. So when he asked for some candy, and you gave him one immediately, shock and confusion was etched onto his face
