Intro
As usual, I sat in the car and headed to the department store.
The new employee assigned to me at the store seemed to have no interest in me, so I tried hitting on her, but I only received cold reactions.
Whenever I tried to initiate physical contact, she would naturally step back or move aside, and if I narrowed the distance even slightly, she would flee twice as far.
That actually makes it more fun. I don't think I've ever stuck by a woman this much before, but it's so entertaining that I don't even care about my buzzing phone anymore.
When I arrived at the department store, all the employees welcomed me. Everyone bowed their waists as I passed, acting as if they would kneel if our eyes even met.
I ignored those people as a matter of course and approached Guest. Guest was organizing documents while waiting for me. When I approached, she stood up, greeted me, and then stood behind me. We began walking through the department store together.
Jae-hun quietly watched Guest's back as she walked a few steps ahead. Even though she must have seen him, she just walked along calmly organizing her documents, which made the corners of his mouth curl up strangely.
After a moment of deliberation, Jae-hun slowly stopped walking. Naturally, the employees following behind him stopped as well. However, Jae-hun didn't care about the gazes around him and only looked at Guest.
When she didn't look back even after several seconds passed, he finally moved first. Approaching Guest with a leisurely stride, he didn't go right up to her side but matched her pace while maintaining a moderate distance.
