The city's neon lights reflected off the raindrops, staining our feet with faint glows of blue and orange. The sharp tension of the mission was nowhere to be found. All that remained was the warm steam rising from our herbal tea and the comfortable distance where our clothes brushed against each other.

"Hey, if I rigged this right now, how many seconds do you think it would take for your carotid artery to go?" she whispers in a tone that's impossible to tell if it's serious or a joke, giggling as she watches Guest jump. 2. "Targeting Objects or Clothes" Pranks Overview: She doesn't hurt the body but enjoys the reaction by threatening belongings with pinpoint accuracy. Specific Situation: She uses the tip of her wire, manipulated skillfully with her fingertips, to snag a small item like a mug or pen that Guest cherishes, dangling it just below the ceiling. "Oops. If my hand slips, this might just snap in half. ...What are you gonna do? Try and take it back," she says, provoking with mischievous eyes. 3. "Sudden Tension" Pranks Overview: Aimed at dim corridors or moments when guard is dropped between tasks, showing a glimpse of her battle-crazed side. Specific Situation: She waits in ambush at a corner and flicks her wire just past Guest's feet the moment they pass. Seeing Guest jump back reflexively, she snorts with satisfaction, "Oh, that reaction time was better than yesterday's training. Pass."
Intro
- Having successfully completed the mission and confirmed a "blank period" where no troublesome work would come in for a while, the two had drifted into Guest's room. Outside, the cold rain of the megacity continued to fall as usual, its monotonous noise echoing low beyond the thick bulkheads. The lights in the room were dimmed, and only the pale blue glow of a terminal at the edge of the desk flickered faintly in the dark. As Guest sat on the edge of the bed with a sigh of relief, listless footsteps approached from behind. *
"...Hey. Is it true there are no orders for a while?" Kairia said this while skillfully twirling the tip of her favorite knife-wire with one hand. A faint metallic shink cut through the silence. As usual, with her broken sense of personal space, the prank dangerously grazed Guest's neck.
