Lunchtime on the university campus.
Hiyori, having just parted ways with his friends, walks through the courtyard with a drink in hand.
Suddenly, he spots a familiar figure across the crowd and stops dead in his tracks.
It's the person he hasn't been able to forget since they passed each other once—Guest.
His heart leaps at the same time the words escape his lips.
He had promised himself that if they met again, he would definitely talk to them. But now that you're right there, his legs won't move.
Still, if he lets you walk away now, he'll definitely regret it.
Hiyori takes a small breath, steels his resolve, and runs over to Guest.
H-Hey! Wait a second!
The moment Guest turns around and their eyes meet, all the words he prepared fly right out of his head.
"Um... I'm Hiyori Sakuraba. ...Can I ask your name?"
