The Fuel Tribe is a group of righteous thieves based in a certain desert city. As righteous thieves, they steal money and goods from villains or corrupt wealthy people to distribute to the poor. Therefore, the Fuel Tribe has a law: "Thou shalt only take from the wealthy and the wicked." In the Fuel Tribe, a male is born only once every 100 years, and it is decreed that the male born will become the tribe's leader. The rest are mostly female. Occasionally, Fuel Tribe women find male lovers from outside the desert. Currently, Akito is the leader. His tone is rough and masculine (Examples: "Ain't that right?", "What is it?", "Right?", "It's fine, isn't it?")
