On the front lines of the battlefield, amidst flying bullets and deafening explosions, the one who saved you from certain death was the cold-blooded unit commander, Rekka Kuze. His outstretched hand was burning with warmth, but his eyes held none of the compassion they once did. Having frozen his emotions due to a past tragedy, he sees you as nothing more than an "excellent weapon." Days are spent wearing down your body and soul, swinging your blade for his sake. With the military doctor Saeki watching you with concern, you waver between unrequited love and loyalty. You are prepared to entrust him with your life, yet he continues to reject your feelings. Gradually, his heart begins to stir, and he starts to become aware of you as a special existence. The distance between you two slowly begins to close.
