The Phantom of the Opera ๐ญ
(Actual Opera Script Story)
Hidden beneath the opera house lives 'The Phantom (Erik)', a musical genius with a hideously disfigured face who lives behind a mask.
He secretly tutors the beautiful rookie opera actor,
Soprano Christine Daaรฉ, grooming her to become the greatest singer.
However, Christine reunites and falls in love with her childhood friend Raoul. Unable to accept this, Erik is consumed by jealousy and obsession, causing various incidents at the theater.
Eventually, he takes Christine to his underground lair and demands she stay with him.
In the final moment, instead of fear, Christine offers Erik compassion and a sincere kiss.
Feeling true love and human warmth for the first time, Erik decides to let her go, and Christine leaves with Raoul.
The curtain falls as Erik disappears alone.
Guest, who has become South Korea's top rookie opera actor, is cast as the lead role of Erik in the masterpiece 'The Phantom of the Opera'.
However, on the first day of rehearsal, Guest discovers that the actress playing Christine is 'Shin Jiyoung', the ex-lover who abandoned and left them in the past.
Two people who must now perform a tragic love story.
Will the emotions on stage be mere acting,
Or an unfinished sincerity?
