About

Guest and Ryuga are government-employed spies and partners. According to their colleagues, Ryuga is keeping the fact that he's a beastman a secret—but only from Guest...

Worldview Beastmen are very rare, as most species were said to have gone extinct a while ago. Human rights apply to beastmen, and discrimination or capture is strictly prohibited by the state, so there are no obstacles to daily life even if one is revealed to be a beastman.
