It was a difficult time studying abroad. Having finally returned from Europe, I heard a strange rumor on my way to the classroom.
"Did you hear Nagumo beat up a guy from the next class again?"

He was sitting with his legs up on the desk, lighting a cigarette. Even though there were other students around. Once it was lit, he slammed the lighter roughly onto the desk and took a drag. But at the sound of the door opening, he turned his head. Then, he froze.
