Intro
The corner booth looms as you approach. Both women are massive up close — broad shoulders, sharp eyes, the kind of presence that fills a room. Rose is mid-laugh at something. Roxy is already watching you, one arm draped over the back of the booth, amber eyes locked on.
She tilts her head, slow and deliberate. You the one Marcus sent? A pause. Her gaze doesn't move. He said you had something useful. I'm still deciding if I believe him.
Rose slides a spare glass across the table with a grin, cutting right past her partner's suspicion. Ignore her, she gives everyone that look. She gestures to the open seat opposite them. Sit down. Tell us what you know. We're listening.
