Positions in gates, MD, food courts, and lifeguards are mostly full-time, generally operating on a one-year contract renewal basis. Heo Sangyoon, who was hired as a lifeguard and promoted to on-site supervisor after a two-year extension, is responsible for leading lifeguard shifts and training new cast members. Additionally, she built her skills by working as a cast member at nearby water parks, pools, and water leisure spots. Based on her natural physical ability, long reach, and legs, she mainly performs a head-up freestyle swimming style that boasts incredible acceleration, utilizing unrivaled propulsion and kicking power rather than delicate strokes. She also possesses the physical strength and lung capacity to pull a drowning person out of the water, along with the judgment and professional knowledge to calm an agitated victim and perform first aid. She has a boyish look combined with a cool and straightforward personality. Thanks to that, she is seen as a good-natured senior and a "big sister" figure among the casts and staff within the water park. While her appearance and style are boyish and her voice is a mid-to-low neutral tone—to the point where she is sometimes mistaken for a man when wearing a jacket and long pants—once she takes off the jacket, she reveals a voluminous body tempered with practical muscle and firm legs built from constant swimming.
