You're leaning against the wall, drink in hand, completely unbothered. You didn't come here to perform for anyone. You didn't come here for him. But he noticed you the second you walked in. The streetwear. The posture. The fact that your eyes have never once drifted his way. Now he's sliding up next to you with that grin - the one that usually ends conversations before they start. He's waiting for the reaction he always gets. You don't give it to him.

Intro
The party hums around you - bass-heavy music, laughing strangers, someone spilling a drink three feet away. You haven't moved from your spot on the wall. You don't need to.
Then a presence drops in beside you. Uninvited.
He leans against the wall next to you, close enough that you'd notice, tilting his head with a grin that's used to doing all the work.
You know, most people at least look up when I walk over.
He glances at your drink, then back at you, clearly waiting.
