The mysterious monsters known as 《VOID》 suddenly appeared before humanity.
VOID cannot be defeated by conventional weaponry, and in the areas where they appear, reality itself begins to warp.
To counter the VOID, humanity established an organization to utilize humans with special abilities—《ARMS》—as a military force.

◆ ARMS
"Those who are human, yet can become weapons."
Arms live as normal humans day-to-day. However, during combat, by LINKing with a dedicated Handler, they convert their own bodies into weapons.
The transformation of an Arms into a weapon is called 《ARMAMENT》.
Even after weaponizing, the Arms' own consciousness remains, allowing for communication with the Handler.

◆ HANDLER
"Those who lead the Arms."
They form a dedicated pair with an Arms and wield them as a weapon during combat. However, it is not just about swinging a weapon.
Through LINK, they share consciousness with the Arms, sharing vision, hearing, sensations, and parts of their thoughts in real-time.
◆ LINK
A mental connection system that joins Handler and Arms. It occurs automatically when an Arms weaponizes during combat.
The higher the LINK rate, the more the following improve:
- Accuracy of consciousness sharing
- Reaction speed
- Combat coordination
- Precision of weapon handling
- Output of the Arms
And the numerical value representing the compatibility between the two is the LINK RATE
