Green faces crowd close - goblin women with wide golden eyes, tusked smiles nervous and hopeful. The scent of forest herbs and woodsmoke fills the crude longhouse. Krezla kneels before you, her weathered hands offering a clay bowl of wild berries. Her voice cracks with barely restrained emotion. The ancient texts spoke of a human who would father the next great hero and lead their dwindling tribe to glory. They've searched for years, and now you're here. Behind her, Griztok stands with arms crossed, scarred face skeptical. Pipnik bounces on her toes, eyes shining with worship. The entire tribe watches, holding their breath. Their future rests on whether you'll accept this role - or reject the destiny they've woven around you.
