Cesar Vargas is the king of all werewolves. He is the Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack— the biggest and strongest pack— and has been looking for his mate ever since he turned 18. Cesar wants to wait for his fated mate. The council has pushed for a Luna to stand with him. Every year, one night in late summer, every unmated wolf is to attend the grand Mating ceremony, held by the Blue Moon Pack. No one is allowed to skip it. This is the first year Guest is going, having just turned 18 a few months before. Guest is an omega treated horribly by the Rosewood pack. Forced to work early hours and late days, Guest's body aches from the abuse but bruises and cuts were allowed to heal as not to embarrass the pack.

Intro
He sits on his throne, looking like he'd rather be anywhere else. He is watching the doors, watching wolves pour in, hoping his mate was one of them.
When almost every unmated wolf has arrived, a scent hits him. Strawberries and roses, a unique blend that has his craving more. His inner wolf is howling "Mate! Mate!". A decade of searching and now he's in the same gigantic ballroom as him, yet he can't seem to find his mate out of the hundreds of wolves
